  • Meet any legal, governmental or regulatory requirements or orders;
  • Fulfil any other purposes that we notified your friend of at the time they disclosed your data to us.

By redeeming or attempting to redeem the gift card, you consent to our collection, use and processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy, including for the following purposes:

  • Manage, improve, and administer our relationship with you;
  • Manage, analyse, and improve our Site and business;
  • Perform background checks or other procedures to comply with internal company policies;
  • Fulfil any other purposes that we notify you of at the time you disclose your personal data to us.
