  1. You are authorised to request publication of this notice by the organisation you represent, and by the copyright owner(s) of all pictures, photographs and content of the notice. You agree to provide us with evidence of such authorisation if requested by us.
  2. You (or another representative of the organisation you represent) can request us to take down or amend the notice at any time by emailing us at hi@miyabistore.co.
  3. We may remove your notice at any time, or decline to publish your notice or any amendments to it, for any or no reason.
  4. If we receive enquiries from the public regarding your notice, we will refer the enquirer to you and may disclose to them your name, contact details or other personal data in the process. Please communicate directly with the enquirers we refer to you, as we do not have the resources to pass messages back and forth on your behalf.
  5. In the event of any inaccuracies, complaints, or alleged or actual infringement of laws or rights that are brought to our attention in connection with your request for publication, we will refer the complaining party to you and/or the organisation you represent, and may disclose to them your name, contact details or other personal data in the process. You and the organisation you represent shall hold us harmless from all and any damage or loss that arise as a result of or in connection with your request for publication and the information and materials provided by you.
